I have added a number links throughout my storyline presentation and I am only able to view them once published. I have tried viewing these on Windows 7 on several different computers and all of the links appear as blank pages on the web. Is there a way of making these links work?
Hi, Florella -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear you are having issues! Can you please ensure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment? And would you be able to share your file so that we are able to do some testing for you on our end?
I have already published the presentation on articulate online. I have tried viewing this link on many different computers (all windows 7) and they still appear as white blank pages on the web?
Do you see the same issue when viewing my published content? The resources and links seem to work for me. (Except for the first one Helpful Henry Guides, but it doesn't work when I test the link in the project either)
Yes I see it's working on your published version, thanks for your help. And the helpful henry is an internal website only my company can view so not to worry about that. I have put links on almost every slide what can I do to resolve this problem?
Hi, Florella -- So happy to hear you are all set! Thanks so much for sharing an update, and please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything more you need. :)

Hi Florella!
This would be expected behavior.
When previewing your course, you may find that hyperlinks don't work as expected. To properly test hyperlinks, you'll need to publish your course.
Hi Christie, of course see the attached link.

If you do have the same issue, tell me what slide/resource to take a peek at.
Thanks for sharing your story.
