Use of Feedback Master Templates

Hello SL Guru's.  I am trying to create a Storyline "course" that will be converted into a template for a group that will be processing SOP courses.  I modified the standard Feedback Master Slide to have more space to capture correct/incorrect feedback.  However, when I add a new quiz question slide a different feedback master appears. I tried to delete that feedback master, but the tool won't let me because it says it is being used somewhere - I don't even know where that other master is.  The folks who will be using the template do not work in SL often, so I need to make this as easy as possible.  How do I get the Feedback Master I want to appear when a new quiz question is added?  I have included the generic file I am working on.  Any guidance folks could provide would be greatly appreciated.
