user not seeing fill in the blank box

Does anyone know why a user wouldn't be seeing the fill in the blank box? He is taking the course in Chrome. I have tested it in IE, Chrome and Firefox. I also tested it in the Scorm Cloud. We've had other users take it with no problem. I don't want to pull the fill in the blank questions, but it won't even let the user advance from the screen, so I may not have a choice.

Hi Jill,

Just curious, do you know what version of Flash the user is using, if the course is being published in Flash? If not, is the course published for HTML5? 

If the course is published for Flash, have them check their current version of Flash using the Adobe page below:

Flash Player Help / Find Version 

Also, if they've viewed the course previously and could see the field, maybe clearing the browser cache will help.

Have they tried viewing the course in Firefox and/or Internet Explorer, as well?

Hi Jill,

Yes, it will matter, because the issue is happening on the users machine. If you're not seeing the same issue, nor are any of the other users, it sounds system-specific. It could be due to their browser version, their Flash version, a browser restriction, or even a company firewall (but that's less likely). 

This is something that will need to be troubleshooted with that user, since it's only happening with them
