I sure could use some help! I am using shapes (picture a swim lane diagram) and when you roll your mouse over the shape the pointer should change from an arrow to a hand with the pointer finger showing. This issue that I'm having is that sometime I only get the pointer finger around the shape and not in the middle, other times I get it only near the words and no where else and other times I don't get it at all.
I need to have it no matter where the position the arrow and have it change to the pointer finger. As it is now, they think there isn't a trigger on that shape.

How did you create these hotspots? Are they groups, e.g. a shape and a textblock, or is the text part of the shape?
I created the shape, added text, then selected the shape and added a trigger.
Will all this be solved if I group? I didn't add a text box..I just added the shape and then double clicked and added words.
I tried to see if there was a way to group and because I added words to the shape and didn't use a text box inside the group function is grayed out.
Has anyone else run up against this issue?
