Using Web Parts and triggers

I want to use a survey tool from MS Teams as a integrated part of a Storyline production working like this:

1. User completes content slides and quiz
2. User navigates to last page
3. A web part with the survey in question automatically launches in the slide
4. Upon completion of the survey (how do I catch the completion of the web part?) an 'EXIT' button appears with the credits etc.

The survey is mandatory.

The LMS is not able to retrieve data, by default, from the scorm package. 

The user group is 15000+ why a hand-held solution is not an option.
