After printing result and exiting course and entering course again with bookmark variables value in that page changes to default valve which is set in variable indicator.

I have placed the file. i have tried with number variable. It also gets back to the default value.

Are the variables that are experiencing this behavior the 'ReportCheck' and 'ReportClicked' variables?
If yes, what is the expected value for these variables in your slide after completing the quiz? The values that I get are '0' and 'True' respectively if I answer every question correctly in the quiz.
Thanks for the additional information. I was able to observe the behavior on my end as well. I tried to change the default state of the 'Retry' button to hidden then disabled all triggers responsible for changing the state of the button to hidden, but the button still returned to its initial state when the course was resumed on the result slide. Here's my testing conditions:
Initial state of Retry button set to hidden
Slide revisit behavior set to 'Resume saved state'
Change state triggers for changing the Retry button to hidden disabled
I opened a case so we can have one of our support engineers take a closer look at the triggers that you've setup. You're case is in good hands, and someone from our team will be in touch shortly!
The expected behaviour for Storyline courses is that for a variable value to be saved you must jump slides. So not really a bug.
To achieve what you want you will need to jump slides and then leave, I would copy the content of the results slide, make the variable changes on the results slide and then jump to the copy should then save the variables.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
Additionally, would you be willing to make a recording of yourself going through your course so we can take a closer look at what's happening?
Step 1 – I exited the course when the Retry button is displayed. without clicking the Retry button.
Step 2 – On returning to the course through bookmark ‘Yes’, the below screen with the Report button appears and Retry button disappears.
Because the value of variable change to default when returning to the course.
Number variable i used for checking purpose. whether to check in true/false variable this issue occurs are in number variable too.
On clicking the Retry and Report Button only the variable should change as i have written in the trigger.
Please let me know if additionally, video is needing i will prepare it on Monday and send.
