I need your help. I have here two slides. On the first slide, there's a trigger that adjusts a variable to true. On the second slide, shape A changes to hidden, and shape B changes to normal when the said variable changes. But it is not working. I don't understand why. But I badly need help because the said variable is crucial in the e-learning I'm creating.
There are a couple of issues with your slide triggers:
1. Triggers are activated from the top down and so, on the first slide, the "Jump to next slide" trigger should be below the "Change state of Next button to Normal when timeline ends" trigger, otherwise the second trigger will not be activated as the user will have already been jumped to the next slide.
2. On slide 2, you have used the "When C_BM changes" option for your first two triggers. However, the change of the variable actually occurs at the end of the previous slide and so slide 2 will not see a change in this variable, which is why C1 and C2 aren't changing. To get round this issue, I would recommend changing the triggers as follows:
