Variables on Web Part/Second Screen

I am creating a trivia game show in which I would like to have two screens - one screen displays the main game board which the three players view and read the trivia questions. The second screen is constant and displays the players scores. I have three variables assigned to the player scores - %Player_1_Score%, %Player_2_Score% and %Player_3_Score%. I've assigned simple keystrokes to actively increase and decrease the player totals.

I understand I can use a Web Part to display a second window. I have created an associated local index.htm file to display content in the second window.

Is it possible to insert HTML code or appropriate script to dynamically pass on the three changing variables to the index.htm file? In other words, as I manage (increase or decrease) the player's scores through game play the scores change accordingly on the second screen. The facility where I host the game play has multiple screens. I plan to employ the multiple monitors options in Windows to show each browser window on a dedicated screen.
