Video Chapters

I am wondering if there is a way of inserting chapter points into an embedded video.  To be clear, I would like a video to play to a particular point, say 2 min 30 sec then stop.  At this point the learner is presented with a series of questions which require answers.  Once the answers are submitted the video resumes where it stopped and continues to play until another point where a second series of questions is presented.  And so on...  Is this possible?  Or am I required to prepare my video in sections beforehand then insert each section into a separate Storyline page?
