Video controls don't meet color contrast guidelines

Jan 22, 2020

Hi,

I'm using Storyline 360 and publishing to Articulate Rise. I need to show video controls below the video in order to have the length of the video and time lapsed. However, the video control does not meet color contrast accessibility standards for section 508. Specifically the play/pause button (see attached image). How do I adjust the colors so that it meets the standards and publish the output to Articulate Rise?

Thank you,

Kristen

A related question - I've received a ZOOM video recording, that when dropped into Storyline 360 doesn't display any media controller for the video.

I can add a play/pause feature to the page itself but that's not what I'm looking for. Does anyone know why the video object would not include a media controller with play/pause, mute/unmute etc., buttons?
