Any recommendations on how to improve the quality of a video I've embedded into this file? This is just a test demo file, but every time I receive a video and insert it into Storyline, the visual becomes so fussy that it's impossible to read.
I think it's because the people who record the videos are recording their full screen size, but the program they use for recording only allows them to record their full screen, so they can't adjust the settings to fit the dimensions of our Storyline player.
I'm curious what has worked well for others when inserting video files in Storyline.
Have you tried going into Video Tools and changing the Compression option from Automatic (default setting) to None? That has worked for us when dealing with video quality in publishing.
