Video Disappears

I'm working on a project to introduce end users the softphones they will be using at our company. I have recorded my screen demonstrating various functions of the softphone. I've placed the videos on a slide layers, and i have set the settings to show the video in the slide and to play the video when clicked. One of the recordings disappears after it is played the first time, another one does not. I want the videos to remain on screen after they have been played in case the user wants to re-watch it before moving on. How do I get the video to stay on the slide so it may be watched multiple times if necessary?

Have you checked that the video item on the Timeline has the "Show until End" flag set?

The timeline is great for managing not only when items appear but also when they disappear (or remain until the end). Likewise click the gear cog on each layer to determine how you want to handle content on that layer and how it effects other layers including the base layer.

I have the same problem, but I am not sure what or where the "timeline" that you mention

Thanks Bruce. After reading the messages, more carefully, I realized that this thread has to do with Storyline. I have the same problem, but I am using Presenter. (Boy I feel foolish)
