I also tested your course in SCORM Cloud, which is industry standard for LMS testing, and everything looks good! You can also test it by clicking this link. I'd agree with Michael that contacting Litmos' support team is a good next step.
The videos played for me as well, but I do see a delay in getting to what I presume to be subsequent slides.
For instance, I thought the course was stuck for a bit, then the video with the hourglass started playing.
Have you checked to see if the content plays as expected in a different browser?

Your file is set up properly. I would contact Litmos with the issue.
