I have tried to use CyberLink PowerDirector in the past and it is able to edit video but I was not able to get the video to then play on I-phones once the completed Storyline course was uploaded to my LMS. I was told that since it was not the original/native file I would have issues. So I am looking for recommendations to find new video editing software that will allow me to remove sound on the video, add text to the video, clip the video if needed and also work when the Storyline file is published on an LMS. I don't know if this matters or not but we are using Litmos as our LMS.

Also, there is a comparison document here that shows the differences in HTML, HTML5, and AMP viewing if you would like to take a look.
Hopefully some community members will pop in and share what video editing software they like to utilize to assist you here.
