I'm Attempting to insert a 13MB .wmv video that was recorded in GoToMeeting. It has been running for 4 hours and is still only about 1/8 uploaded. Could the problem be a slow computer or are there other tips you can share that might speed up the process? Thank you!!! Barbie

Hi Barbie,
You'll want to make sure that you're inserting from a local drive and that you're system requirements match those outlined here for Storyline 2 (and here for Storyline 1).
