I have added a mov.file and a text field to my slide and it works great. Until it reaches the end, then I have a white screen. I have tried it with looping the media content. But the problem it is, then only the movie will be repeated, not the full time line with the text field.
I'm thinking this could be related to the way your timeline is set up. Would you mind sending over your .story project file (or even just the video slide) so we can take a closer look? You can attach it directly to this thread by clicking the Add Attachment button.
If you prefer to send the file to us privately, you can get it to us by way of this form.
Do you still see controls under the video when the white screen is displayed? If yes, then it could also be that in your video itself, the last frame happens to be 'blank'.
I just took a peek into the file you sent, and I sent you an email reply for Case# 00916401. As I explained in my email, this is a simple fix. All you need to do is right-click on the video in the timeline, then select Show Until End. That way, your video will not disappear after it completes.
Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist!
I just sent you an email with a link to the updated file. The timeline on the slide loops until the user clicks the next button. Please take a look at it and let me know if it works for you!
So sorry it isn't working for you! I know that must be frustrating. If you would like, I can create a support case for you, and one of our Support Engineers can offer remote assistance.

Hi Christa!

Hi, thank you for your answers. No controls, there is no blank frame there. I will send you the file with the slide.

Thank you very much, that has helped :)
But this leads directly to the next point, how can I loop a whole time line?
One way to create a "loop" effect on a slide is to create a trigger that says:
Jump to slide [current slide] when timeline ends on [current slide].
For your particular project, it would look like this:
And on that slide, the trigger pane should look like this:
Try that out, and let me know if it works for you!
Oh my god! So simple, and it didn't occur to me. I will try it soon.
So I have tried it, it doesn't work. But it doesn't matter, I resign.
Oh no Christa! Your slide properties would need to be set to 'Reset to Initial State' as well.
That sounds logical, but it didn't help :/
Worth a shot - Alyssa mentioned that she is still working on assisting as well :)

Thank you very much. It works. But I can't fix it in my file. I don't understand it.
Hi again! I created a short video tutorial to show you how to set it up. I hope this helps!
Thank you very much für your video tutorial. I have done it the same way, but it is doesn't work.
But it is okay, thank you for your support.
Best regards
