Thanks for sharing your file with me. I published it for Web and uploaded the zipped output to Tempshare for testing, and I was able to play the YouTube video without a problem.
Since the video is embedded from the web, you'll have to publish the file before you can view it. Give that a try, and let me know if it works for you!
