I have a simple trigger on the base layer that shows another layer with a video that plays automatically and plays just fine. Once. After that, the video will not replay if you click the video Play button. If you click anywhere on the video's seekbar (not the Storyline seekbar) and then click the Play button, the video will play. But this is not intuitive. Is this a known issue? Does anyone know of a workaround?
I never checked this before in our courses so I tried it in storyline and online. I could recreate this problem in the preview of storyline but it works in our online courses. So did you test it online or only in the preview in storyline? :) This might be only a preview "bug".
It was in the published version. I tried several versions of slide properties, which didn't work. So I just deleted the slide and rebuilt it and now it works fine. So, who knows?
