Hi. I have a new laptop. When I set the screen position on my second screen, it appears to record correctly but the final output is incorrect and only records the left half of the second screen not the full screen as set. Can't find anything in settings to control this.
Hi. It's always worked previously on second monitor with old laptop. New
laptop is smaller in screen size however and I think that's the problem.
Will check out your suggestions tho and get back to you.
Thanks,
Kat
Think this is the issue on my extended display: To optimize your
screencast so it fills the entire slide, be sure the size of your recording
window matches your slide size.
Think I need another new laptop that's got a bigger screen.

Hi, Katrina. Happy to help you get to the bottom of this!
What are the DPI settings on the second monitor? (We typically recommend using 100% or 96 DPI.)
I would also check out these helpful tips for sizing the recording window.
If adjusting the DPI settings and those ideas do not do the trick, please let me know. We'll look into our next steps from there!

Hi Katrina!
Would you mind sharing the type of laptop you're using? I'd like to see if others are having a similar issue.
