We have videos embedded in Storyline and noticed that the published quality isn't on par with the original versions. Could it be the way Storyline compresses the video? The biggest issue is the audio files within the video have an echo/hissing sound in the published version.
If you're using Storyline 2 for publishing, you may also have the option to use uncompressed video depending on the video you inserted. You can read more about that here.
