I just upgraded an existing SL2 lesson to SL360, and the lesson has slides with video screen recording. However after upgrading, the texts so poor visually and can't be read in SL360, even with zoom.
Is this a known issue? Any suggestion on how to fix this issue?
Sorry you're running into this problem, Jihong. Is the screen recording blurry in Storyline 360? If so, is it blurry in Storyline Preview or after publishing?
I'd be curious to test your file, if you don't mind sharing it. Could you attach the Storyline 2 backup file to a new thread comment? I'll be standing by!
The preview is OK, also if running on iPad after publishing, it is also OK. However publishing in Web mode or LMS mode, then running on IE will have this issue.
I will look into attaching the SL2 file here, and when it is ready, I will put it here as new comment.
