Is it possible to modify the seek bar in a video so that the user can manually go back to a previous spot in the video, but can't skip ahead through content they haven't watched yet?
I think the closest you can come is to use the conditional seek bar in the Modern player, which enables the user to seek (back or forward) only after viewing an entire screen.

In this case, you would drop the video into the slide, but not use the video controls, and only use the seekbar that is part of Storyline itself.
