In an Articulate Storyline 2 module that has been on our website a few months, it is taking two videos that are embedded, about 20-25 or more seconds to load and start playing. It's enough time, that as a learner, you would move on and skip the video. Any thoughts about what that would be? It worked fine when originally put on website.

What is the size of your video? It seams that SL needs a time to preload your video.
Hi Julie! Hopefully someone in the community will be able to pop in and assist. It does sound like an internet or web loading potential issue.
