Video thumbnails

Greetings everyone,
I was hoping to gain some help. I'm using S360 and trying to insert a video from 360's library. When the search box appears, I see no thumbnails for the videos any longer. Is this a current bug with the application or is it possible my company's VPN/security is blocking them? I assume if it's working for everyone else then it must be just me.

The good news is, it's not you, but I am sorry this is slowing you down.
We are continuing to investigate the following issue with our content providers:
When searching for Content Library 360 videos in Storyline 360, the results show broken poster images. Previewing and selecting the videos is still working, however.
