Video with audio (text to speech)

Hello, I created the video with text and text to speech audio.  So, there is one video file and 25 pieces of text and audio files.  I want to add a pause button, so the video pauses and the audio pauses and resumes on mouse hover over.  This is not working at all.  See attached file and let me know if this would be possible to at all.
