Here is my plan: I want to have a video playing (imagine items going down a conveyor belt). I want to add a trigger/hot spot on a motion path so that they can click on certain items anywhere along the path. And then I want it to record how many they click correct. Is that possible?
There is nothing built into SL that will do what you ask, exactly as you ask it. That’s because videos have no way of knowing what point is clicked, whether it is correct or not. You could cover the path of the conveyor with invisible shapes, and count the clicks on them, but there is no way to know what is under them when they are clicked.
Your best bet would be to show a still of the conveyor belt, and move pictures of the items along a motion path that follows the belt. Have each correct item add to a variable when clicked
