I've tried several ways to incorporate YouTube videos on my content slides. What I keep coming across in my research, is to add them as web objects. Here is an example of the link I am using http://www.youtube.com/embed/6go4nJqjAdo?autoplay=1&rel=0. Every time I publish the content and try to watch it, the videos come up as a black screen. How do you successfully incorporate YouTube videos in your Storyline 2 content? Thank you!
Have you tried selecting the option to 'Display in a new browser window'? The default 'Display in slide' does not work for some video types, but doesn't give an error when that option is selected.
I took your link and inserted it as a web object with the new window option and it played when I ran the published content. I hope this helps.
I went back in and tried display in slide and it also worked. Are you viewing the published course locally? Try to upload the course online and see if it works for you. If it still doesn't, can you share the URL here?
Also, I found a blog that talks about a temporary way to upload the course online if you don't have a web server. Click the link below and look for Share E-Learning Courses via Articulate Tempshare

Thank you Ryan! I will try the Display in a new browser window option first and let you know how it goes.
