Is there a way to provide view modes in Articulate Storyline like those in Articulate Studio '09? (See the attached file for an example of the 3 view modes.)

Unfortunately those options aren't available in Storyline, but you're welcome to submit a feature request for them! You could also look into modifying individual slides, and what elements of the player are displayed or not if you would like a bit more space to display the screen content.
