Set the next button to disabled or hidden when the timeline starts on the base slide...then set a trigger on the last layer to enable the next button to enabled when the user clicks the close button on the layer

The next button shows up before all layers are shown...That's what I need please.
It shows in your example after the third layer is visited, not after the fourth. I need it after the fourth.

What if you removed the Next button on the base layer then setting the hotspot on the last layer to jump to next slide.
