Hello - I'm using Storyline 2, and having an issue with my hyperlinks to websites. I choose to insert Jump to URL/File when User Clicks, but for some reason after publishing, the links must be clicked twice before the page opens, instead of once. The behavior is the same even if I remove the second trigger to change the state to Visited. Is there a way to set it up so the website opens after a single click on the link? Thank you!
Just for your information, if you are using objects with a state named "visited": Those states have built-in triggers to change the state. If you write your own triggers to change to the visited state, they will most likely conflict, with strange, unpredictable, and seldom desirable results. First step to troubleshoot is to erase all the "Change state to visited" triggers.

Sharing your .story file via Add Attachment might help with troubleshooting

Thank you, I removed the Visited states all together and that worked! Thanks so much for your wonderful suggestion!! :)
