I have a course that sprinkled throughout are reflection questions. The learner is to type in their response into a text entry field. Then, at the end of the course, I want the learner to see all the questions and their typed in response to be able to print out. However, depending on how much the learner types in, the font size varies in the printed out page. I've set the text entry boxes to not autofit. I've tried setting the text boxes to resize the shape to fit the text. Regardless, at the end when the learner sees all their responses, the text size varies based on how much they types in.
What can I do to ensure that when the responses display at the end, that the response text is all the same size? I've attached a sample for your review.
That can definitely be frustrating when the text size changes the design you had in mind. I looked at your story, and it looks like the text boxes were set to "resize shape to fit text", which makes sense. However, it was still not working properly. So I changed them to "do not autofit" and made the boxes larger. You might have to spread the questions a little more on the slide, but I think this could be a solution for what you need.
