hi , I want to make software simulation which The learners get an opportunity to learn, practice and execute the operations , for example this link

but i want to but limited time and attempt for the test , if the learner fail then he have to go back to watch the lesson again and every other navigations are inactive in this case
so can u help me how can i do it?

now I'm using adobe captivate
it is for Microsoft Access
this what the simulation screen will be , and there is another screens before this and after for the introduction , help and information
1- the student have to go on the lessons sequential
2- he have to success in the first lesson then he can go to the second and so on
3- if he failed in test then he have to go to either watch or try

If you're looking to create screen recordings in Storyline you'll want to follow the tutorials outlined here.
As far as making it look like the original link, you'd want to set up a main menu with a screen grab, and each of those bottom buttons would direct to the scene where you'd inserted the screen recording in Video on a single slide, and then step by step modes for Try and Test.
