I am trying to insert a video as a web object remotely to help the buffering and size of project but there is no literature on how to set up the web object directory. This is new to me, I know there needs to be an index.html file but is there a step by step process?

I'm not sure I'm following what you mean by a directory though. Can you share some additional information about your need here?
