in the old times, I remember I could use 'bookmark' feature when publishing to web. Now, when I try to publish web, upload to FTP, run the course, close it - it starts from beginning. So, is bookmark function for web gone? There was a 'ignore flash cookie' option, but it's gone, and since it says 'flash cookie' does it mean that HTML5 version never had bookmark ability in the first place?

To address your second question, we removed the "When Running LMS, ignore Flash cookie" checkbox under the resume setting in Storyline 360 and Storyline 3. It does not impact HTML5 output, you won't need this feature anymore.
