for my web output is not running. i am creating the multiple scene using branching method to call the scenes it will working the local system. but it will not work in the public IP. showing the java file errors, enclosed the screen shot.
Thanks for your replay. We run though only web server only. But facing this issue only on the IIS server via view the web published output. But any other server we run/access this package will working.
Thanks, Hari! It sounds like the issue may be more related to the IIS server than Storyline itself. If you'd like some help with further testing, send a copy of your file our way!
Sounds like the issue is limited to this particular server then? It sounds like you've tested in other environments or I would mention Tempshare to you.
Would you be able to follow up with your IT Team to understand the differences in the servers and what may be going on?
Hopefully if someone in the community has some insight to share, they will chime in as well.
I checked with my IT team they said the problem with the Package only beacuse the output not completely support in to the IIS server, so after the i search in the forum found the below thread.
Based on the suggestion i publish the file in Articulate 360, now its working properly in the IIS server. So the issue happen on only storyline 3 Publish.
is there any update required for the storyline 3 setup regarding the issue?
The same fix we implemented for that issue in Storyline 360 will be available in the next update of Storyline 3. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready!

Hi Hari. After you published your course, did you upload it to a web server, an LMS, or somewhere else? Are you able to view any part of the course?
If you'd like to share your .story file in the discussion, I'm happy to test it out!
