Weekly Newsletter Oct 09, 2023 By Vanita Rupani Hi, I recently signed up for the weekly newsletter but I haven't received any. It has been over a month. Are they still sending newsletters?

I see you're also working on a support case with one of our Support Engineers, Cleo; great call! Sharing his recommendations below for reference: Log into your Account Management. Click on the Your Profile section. Select Manage next to your Email Preferences. Enter your email and submit it. Then ask your IT Staff/Email admin to add epiphanies@elearningheroes.com to your allowlist. I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with Cleo so that we can find a fix. Then ask your IT Staff/Email admin to add epiphanies@elearningheroes.com to your allowlist.
