Hi,

I recently signed up for the weekly newsletter but I haven't received any. It has been over a month. Are they still sending newsletters?

I'm happy to jump in, and I'm sorry for the trouble receiving the weekly newsletter! I see you're also working on a support case with one of our Support Engineers, Cleo; great call! Sharing his recommendations below for reference:

  1. Log into your Account Management.
  2. Click on the Your Profile section.
  3. Select Manage next to your Email Preferences.
  4. Enter your email and submit it.

Then ask your IT Staff/Email admin to add epiphanies@elearningheroes.com to your allowlist.
