In the past, after clicking on Player > Colors & Effects I had the option to choose a button style like "icon & text", which is my go-to.
The Button Style options is no longer available? Where did it go? How can I choose to have both text and navigation arrows display together in the lower right-hand corner?
Do you use SL360 and have the Modern Player selected? If yes, then under Button Styles, there is a Navigation dropdown list, with options to display Icon, Icon and text or Text which will affect the nav buttons.

Yes, that is the way I have done it in the past, but that option is gone right now. Here is a screen shot.

It looks like your window may be a bit small - have you tried to expand it?
Or perhaps you're using a display setting that is scaling the content? I like to use the recommendation of 100% to prevent any issue.
Let me know if you're still running into an issue after checking these things, we can certainly dig in a bit more.
