If you subscribe to 360 and decide to go back to Storyline 1 or 2 because of the subscription price next year can you edit your Storyline 360 programs in the stand alone versions?
Not at this time. It is a concern we've shared, but I do not have an update to share or any different information than Soren has mentioned above. We do not have a Storyline 3 product, but Storyline 360 content cannot be opened in Storyline 1 or 2 as you mentioned.

No, until they release a Storyline 3 standalone, you're stuck. SL2 files cannot be opened in SL1. SL3 files cannot be opened in SL2 or SL1.
