When I post a .story file for an Articulate employee to review in a discussion board, is it publicly available for viewing?

I need tech support on a file not triggering, and was told to upload the file to the discussion board for review.  My client is very proprietary about their content and does not want it posted on a public site.  If the post on the board is public, how do I send the file directly to an Articulate tech support person?
