I need tech support on a file not triggering, and was told to upload the file to the discussion board for review. My client is very proprietary about their content and does not want it posted on a public site. If the post on the board is public, how do I send the file directly to an Articulate tech support person?

This is a public community so anything shared in the forum is public.
Contact customer support and file a formal support ticket and you can keep the conversation just between you and the tech support.
