When you select a return to start button - the slide order changes ???

The Return to Start button that i added, works but the progression of the slides changes, but when you go through on the initial preview the slide progression is normal. Even though i can not find anything in the triggers that would do this. 

Please help I am going crazy.

Hi Terri, 

 First, no need to go crazy - we're here to help! 

It sounds like you're using Storyline (version?) and hosting the course in Articulate Online and it's only while in Articulate Online that it's not working?  It would help if we can take a look at the .story file and all the triggers you've set up - with triggers it's could be a little thing out of order and throws it all off course! 

Can you share a copy of the .story file (the file prior to publishing) with me here? If you'd prefer to share privately, share with our Support Team here.

Good Morning,
Thanks for your response, I cannot share the file in a public forum however can share the file publicly, it clicked the “share with our support team here” link but could not figure out how to share it.

Also my version of Articulate 360 has not been updated for over 2 years, my IT department does not support the updates, so I know that probable causes issues.

Any advice would be appreciated.
