I have imported a video (MP4) to SL1 and when I'm playing it on the timeline or on a preview mode, I can't hear any sound in my file. When i publish the file I can hear it great.
I need to synchronize stuff and its impossible. I think It may be something in my settings maybe, because when i import the same video to another file, it's sounds just fine in the timeline and preview mode.
There are a few thing we can try first to rule out some common issues: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repairStoryline. Hope that helps and please let us know if you need further assistance!
