Does anyone know why I get the spinning icon when I try to view an elearning challenge file? I have done everything I can to change settings, disable active X, etc. and still can't view some of them.
I have verified that I have the most recent version of Flash. My wife had gotten it to work previously by turning off Active x and something else, but neither one of us can remember what that something else is. I'll have to give it another try tonight.

Hi John! Have you tried viewing in a different browser?
The minimum system requirements for Articulate Storyline 2, both authoring and viewing, are listed here.
I have tried this in a different browser and sometimes that seems to do the trick, while other times it doesn't and I still have the same issue.
Have you verified that you are utilizing the latest version of Flash?
You could also work directly with our support team if you are able to reproduce the issue.
