To get a better idea of the issue, may I ask where your file was saved when you tried accessing it? Some users have previously reported this issue and they were due to:
The file being located in a network or remote drive. Storing your files in a remote location can cause corrupted files or other unexpected behavior.
Having a directory for saved files that is more than 260 characters long.
Lastly, since you mentioned accessing your files recently in your machine, you may wish to check the directly below to see if there was a temporary file saved in the folder.
