I have installed Windows 10 via Parallels on my Mac but when I download the Articulate Apps the Windows screen goes completely blank. Any ideas why this is happening? I have tried numerous times to no success.

The screen that you're getting from Parallels is typically caused by low virtual memory. How about restarting in Safe Mode—can you try Scenario 4 from this Parallels troubleshooting guide?
