I have a client that has very specific requirements for their "Instructor Guide". We output the Storyline to Word format and we have a template that we then copy that output into. We still have to a fair amount of manual manipulation to do on that though.
I am after more information on the Storyline Word output process, so I can see if there is a more efficient way for us to tackle this issue.
Due to who the client is I am not able to share any samples for security reasons. I don't think there is a way we can do this without manual manipulation though, but having the Styles setup has certainly helped speed it up.

Not sure what you want, but creating custom styles can really speed up formatting.
If you can share screenshot / sample of your output format, then you may get more directed response.
