Word Translation Import Completing Successfully but Still Not Working

I've had a Storyline 360 course translated from English to Russian using the Word, single table option.

When I try to import the translated content back in to Storyline, it takes a couple of minutes to run through the import, which is expected, then I see the successful import message. However, none of the content has been updated to match the translation.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to help me resolve this quickly, as I'm working to a tight deadline.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

If no text gets translated after importing a translation file, that usually means that the process encountered an error even if a prompt indicating that the translation was successful was shown.
