Work Machine v. Personal Machine Hiccups

Hi All,

I know I post a lot of questions here, so I appreciate your help with everything. I was playing around with Storyline 360 on my personal machine and I got a ton of "We're sorry, an error occurred" messages, quite suddenly and continually, such that I had to close down Storyline. This has happened to me on occasion, but only on my personal computer. I have all the system requirements, including the software requirements, so I'm not sure what's happening. Is there anything I can do for this?

Hi Andrew! Thanks for your question. This is the perfect place to turn to when you need help!

First, are you working on a file that is saved to your local hard drive, or is it saved to a shared network drive?

If you're already working locally, try these repair steps. A fresh installation of Storyline often does the trick.
