Workday LMS & SCORM Issues

Good morning everyone.  I hope you are having a great week so far.

Yesterday, I ran across an old thread, 2017 I think, that discussed issues with the Workday LMS and SCORM packages either not running at all or the users only being able to complete a certain percentage of a module before it locked up.

We have been having this issue for several years now and it does not occur for all users and for those users it is not for all modules.  It's a strange one off.  For example:  Everything is working fine for all users for X months.  We send out a new module to 100 people, and then we get notifications that 1 or 2 cannot get it to load or they can't complete it.  We have some best practices regrading temporary internet files/cache being cleaned, using only Chrome, using the current version of Chrome, etc.  These best practices only work in a very small percentage of the issues.

As we are getting ready to make the jump from Storyline 3 to 360, I wanted to see if these issues are still being experienced or if there was ever a solve for these, as the 2017 thread did not provide any.
