Zoom error during HTML5 playback

When we publish a scene that has a zoom anywhere in it to HTML5, if the user moves the playbar during or after playback, the scene reverts to the zoom region and cannot be "un-zoomed".
This happens consistently when we publish to Articulate Review, for example. (Many reviewers have come back and said, "A lot of the text and images are off the screen and can't be seen." To which I responded, "Did you touch the playbar?...if so, don't."
If we view it on the iPad, there is no playbar, so it's not an issue...but anyone who views it on a desktop (I used Chrome) and decides to jump ahead or go back using the playbar, ends up with a zoomed in view of the entire scene.
This was never an issue when we published for Flash. Any thoughts on what is happening?

I'm sorry for the headache this is causing you and your reviewers. We have seen an issue in Storyline 360 where a slide with a zoom region gets stuck in the zoomed state when using the seekbar in HTML5, and that seems to match what you and your reviewers are seeing. We've logged this issue a software bug, and I’ll certainly add your experience to the report. It’s definitely helpful to understand how many folks are experiencing this bug and how often they encounter it. That info helps us prioritize our development resources.

I am facing the same issue with my files. I want to upgrade my files to be html5 compatible. All zoom regions are behaving erratically whenever i use the seekbar during the Zoom Activity. I hope the bug will be fixed in the next update of Storyline 360.

I'm sorry to say, no update yet. We did send it to our team, so we'll keep you posted here.
I am also affected by this bug. I have found that zoom regions behave erratically when publishing to HTML5... and NOT viewing the seekbar at all. I have to publish as Flash for the time being as I am doing software demos that need to zoom in to a 1920x1080 resolution graphic to show detail.

Would you be able to share a copy (or even just a section) of your project file with us so that we can take a look at your zoom regions and the HTML5 output? What browsers were you viewing the content in, and what version of Storyline did you publish with?
