Hi Ratheesh. You can do this with the use of  variables and triggers in Storyline.

I would create a text variable to capture the language the user selects. You can call this variable anything you want but for the sake of this example I will call it language

On your first slide, add two radio buttons - one for each language.  Also add a button called Done. On the Done button add a trigger that adjusts variable language to A if radio button 1 is selected. Add a second trigger to the Done button that adjusts variable language to B if radio button 2 is selected. You should disable the Done button until one of the radio buttons is selected.

On each of your slides, add 2 layers called layer A and layer B respectively. Add the audio for language A on layer A and the audio for language B on layer B.

On the base for each slide, add a trigger that says Show layer A when the timeline starts if variable language is equal to A. Also add a trigger that says Show layer B when the timeline starts if variable language is equal to B.

That should do it for the audio, but keep in mind that the text on the Storyline player and any built-in alerts or instructions will only display in one language.
